Our wellness area offers you everything you need for a break from everyday life. Relax in our bio-mental sauna, in the infrared cabin or in the tepidarium. Our steam bath invites you to take a deep breath. Round off your wellness day with a warm water massage.
Our spacious indoor pool (32° C) offers a rock grotto with a small waterfall, a children’s paddling pool, single-hole massage jets and a whirlpool. Of course, there is also an outdoor pool (32° C – even in winter). Enjoy the well-being of the warming water in the great outdoors. View of the Alpine panorama included. A swim-through channel with bubble jets leads you to the outdoor pool.
In the infrared cabin, unlike in the sauna, heat is not generated by hot room air, but by infrared rays. When the infrared rays hit the human body, they are converted into heat and partially absorbed. This creates the feeling of warmth from within.
Tepidaria were an important part of bathing culture in the Roman Empire. In the tepidarium, the entire room as well as the benches, loungers and floor are heated. The temperature is slightly above body temperature and is 38-40°C. Spending time in the tepidarium improves blood circulation and therefore has a relaxing effect. At the same time, rheumatic complaints are alleviated. A visit to the tepidarium also helps with mild colds without fever and metabolic disorders.
