Our menu ranges from succulent meat specialties such as tender entrecôte and classic Wienerschnitzel, Lenk trout and other treasures of the Simmental, to creative vegetarian dishes such as homemade puff pastry pillows. The traditional farmer’s terrine and our Anker Plättli with Lenk dried meat and selected cheeses are the perfect start to an enjoyable evening. The culinary experience is rounded off by our carefully curated wine list with exquisite white wines, red wines and fine champagne.
